The days in Fuengirola are wonderful. The Costa del Sol smothers its visitors with a radiant sun that brightens up their stay from one point of the coast to the other.
Fuengirola is situated on an eight-kilometre coastal strip. It’s divided into seven beaches where the sun shines intensely as from May. The beaches El Ejido-Castillo, Santa Amalia, Las Gaviotas, Torreblanca, San Francisco, Los Boliches, and Carvajal, have a great touristic tradition. They’re all walled by a busy promenade where some of the best hotels, residential areas, restaurants and other services are gathered together to comfortably enjoy the sun and the sea.
Fuengirola is a very demanded destination by the tourism on the Costa del Sol; for its beaches as well as for its great nightlife. The tourists can choose from a wide range of bars and restaurants with a varied gastronomic offer.
The most emblematic monument in Fuengirola is the Sohail Castle, that sits on the top of a hill by the mouth of the Fuengirola river.
