Night in Malaga is suitable for all kind of visitors, very different places that will fit the taste of everyone. You can go for tapas or pubs, a nightclub or if you prefer being outside you can visit the bars surrounding the Plaza de la Merced with very affordable drinks.

Nightlife in Malaga city centre

Around Plaza Uncibay is where the main night activity takes place, from here you are at walking distance of several pubs and bars that even being separated are not too far from each other.

If you are looking for a place where eating some tapas at night just take a stroll through the old town, there are many places where you can relax before going to one of the many pubs and drink. It is advisable to go to pubs or clubs before 2 am, this way you might be able to get some drink for free or enter without paying into any of the major clubs in Malaga without queues, El Anden or El Liceo.

Not long ago new clubs decided to open and move to the industrial area of Malaga, somehow far from the city centre but another choice for those who are looking for more variety.

Nightlife in El Palo and Pedregalejo

Pedregalejo was a nightlife reference in the past, discotheques like Bobby Logan (closed in 1993) were burned into the memory of many of the local citizens.

Currently Pedregalejo and El Palo even though not an area for disco, still a good choice for going out for tapas or pubs. If you spend a beach day and would like to continue until evening you will find many bars for dinning, or even for drinking at some modern pubs.

Nightlife in Teatinos

If you like going out for tapas and tasty food Teatinos is certainly a good choice. You will find a large number of bars with a lot of tapas to choose from at a good price, it is a very popular place during the evenings.
