On the western Costa del Sol we find the seaside town of Estepona, which lies protected between the mountain range of Sierra Bermeja and the Mediterranean Sea.

The blue flag beaches and the beautiful marina offer a wide range of water sport and nautical activities. The mountain ranges of Sierra Bermeja are a declared natural reserve and allow fantastic views over the mediterranean coast, Gibraltar and the African coast.

The town itself has maintained more its village character than other tourist resorts along the Costa del Sol and in the historic centre we can find monuments such as the parish church of Virgen de los Remedios, the clock tower and the ruined walls of the 15th century castle.

Close by there are the Selwo Theme Park, inspired in the African wildlife and suitable for all ages, and opposite the Kempinski Hotel there is the School of Equestrian art; just to mention two examples of recreational activities Estepona has to offer.
