Fuengirola
One of the mayor tourist resorts along the Costa the Sol is Fuengirola, about 30 kilometers from Málaga Airport, which combines multinational tourism with both national and international visitors from especially northern Europe.
Fuengirola is predominantly urban with many Hotel and apartment resorts and is more popular with families and middle aged couples, which doesn´t mean at all that you couldn´t find a wide offer of leisure time and nightlife for all ages along the, beaches, the sea promenade and the marina.

The fair in Fuengirola and the Fiesta del Rosario are celebrated from the 6th to the 12th of October with exhibitions of horses, bullfights, traditional dresses, Flamenco dancing and other popular Spanish cultural activities.
