We start leaving Mijas towards Benalmádena and at the km.1, a road on our left leads to a pit.
At the end of this road, a lane runs on up to a steep part of the valley towards the Pico de Mendoza.
Halfway up the lane changes direction and leads to another lane at the same level.
Leaving the lane, we must climb the Málaga mountain pass, from where we shall make our way towards the Pico Mendoza, 1103 m. high.
