Malaga Airport Train
In order to arrive to the train station you have to go to the arrivals lobby and then to the Malaga airport departures. The trip takes aproximately 14 minutes for arrival in Malaga. These trains start running a little before 7:00 am, with half an hour frequency between them. You can get the last train at a quarter to twelve, just before midnight. There is a train that goes to the main cities in the Costa del Sol such as Torremolinos, Benalmadena and the last stop is in Fuengirola. This train starts at 5:30 am, takes about half an hour to arrive, and also runs every half hour. The last one is at about ten thirty.
Depending on how far you're traveling and a few other factors, tickets cost between 1.20-2.60 € for one-way journeys and 1.70-3.85 € round trip. They must be purchased in advance, before boarding the train, from the automated machines or from ticket agents in a select few of the large stations.
