Since the opening of the new Terminal 3 at Malaga airport, getting to the suburban train station is pretty easy. The station is part of the airport now and is located just outside the facilities opposite the Terminal 3 and is connected with the departures area through a pedestrian footbridge. On arrival at Malaga airport, you just have to cross the plaza outside the arrivals area of T3. If you arrive at the terminal 2, you will get directed to the T3.
