Leave a commentIn Europe it is spring and we are starting to glance at summer, and the Costa del Sol takes advantage to launch a new application for smartphones that offers a comprehensive guide to tourism in the area.
The initiative has adapted the provincial tourist information in an application for mobiles with geolocation and augmented reality system. In the application we will find more than 1,000 references, and it will allow us to structure routes and receive advice on hotels, restaurants and attractions. In addition we can find the nearest ATM, view an explanatory video and get to know different monuments. The application is available for both iPhone and Android.
Proposed routes can be followed on foot, by car or bike and it provides information on relevant points. The references are divided into seven categories to be found more easily. It offers the user all the data available in a five-kilometre radius. The application “Costa del Sol-Malaga” is available free of charge for users of the systems listed above.
